The manufacturer describes it as a skin-friendly formula with a light, non-irritating scent and no harmful dyes or chemicals, made to remove odor without shortening the life of the armor.

How to use it
On fabric, per the manufacturer: shake well, spray evenly over the surface and let it dry as long as possible.
On soft armor panels: shake well and spray generously so every surface is covered, let it sit for about 15 seconds, then wipe dry with a clean towel. The wipe-dry step matters. Ballistic panels should not stay wet or be soaked, and they should never go in a washing machine. Always follow the care label on your armor.
Refresher or Pro-Cleaner?
Refresher is the everyday fix for odor, including on the panels. Pro-Cleaner is the weekly deep clean for washable fabric such as carriers and uniforms, with the panels taken out first. People who wear armor every shift usually keep both.
