For attorneys and law firms
Most of our forensic work comes through counsel. Arizona firms get the full service in-house: collection at your office, the client’s home or a business, lab examination, a court-ready report and testimony, with our Arizona DPS private investigations agency license (#1759795) behind the work. Outside Arizona the same lab work is done remotely or on devices shipped to our Arizona lab.
Typical matters: phone and computer examinations, deleted-data recovery, cloud and social-media preservation, email and document metadata, timeline and location analysis, review of the other side’s forensic report, and eDiscovery support. Book a confidential case review.
Coverage by state
Each state below shows how we deliver there, plus the rules that most often shape a forensic or cyber matter in that state: breach-notice deadlines, recording consent, the expert-evidence standard and the federal courts. Summaries are for orientation, with sources, and are not legal advice.

Outside the United States
Clients abroad use the same remote services: forensic collection and analysis, incident response, OSINT and due diligence, delivered from Arizona within U.S. law and the law where the client is. On-the-ground needs outside the U.S. are scoped case by case.
Coverage questions
Do you have offices outside Arizona?
No. Our team and lab are in Arizona. Remote services reach every state from here, and on-the-ground work outside Arizona is done through vetted partner agencies licensed where the work happens.
How does digital forensics work if I am in another state?
We send a mail-in kit or collect the data remotely over a guided session, or a local partner collects the device. Everything is logged under chain of custody, examined in our Arizona lab and reported in a court-ready format.
Will the findings hold up in my state's courts?
We document methods so they can be tested under your state's expert-evidence standard (Daubert, Frye or a state test, shown for each state above) and support declarations and testimony.
Can you send an investigator, process server or security officer to my town?
In Arizona, yes, with our own licensed team. Elsewhere we coordinate a vetted agency licensed in that state and stay your single point of contact.
I am an attorney outside Arizona. Can you work my case?
Yes. Your client ships the device to our Arizona lab in a mail-in kit, or we collect the data remotely, and the examination is done in Arizona under our Arizona license. We do not send examiners out of state; if on-site collection is unavoidable, we coordinate a licensed local examiner for that step. Cyber security and IT work is remote in every state.
How do I know if you cover my town?
Use the coverage check above with your ZIP code or town and state, or request coverage and we will confirm what we can run for your matter.
