Documents we deliver, proven in the record
If it has to be handed to a party and proven in the record, we serve it. Every attempt is logged, and every completed serve comes back with a notarized affidavit ready to file. If your document type isn’t listed, ask — routine or difficult, personal or substituted, we handle the full range of civil service.
Summons & complaints
The documents that open a case, served promptly and personally so your action isn’t held up at the starting line.
Subpoenas
Witness and records subpoenas delivered on schedule, with proof of service prepared for filing and any hearing deadline in view.
Divorce & family law papers
Dissolution, custody, and support documents handled with the discretion these sensitive matters demand.
Evictions & landlord/tenant
Notices and forcible-detainer filings served correctly the first time, so a technicality doesn’t reset your timeline.
Small claims & civil
Small claims, civil complaints, garnishments, and orders served and documented so the return stands up when it’s filed.
Difficult / evasive serves
Subjects dodging service get persistent, documented attempts backed by skip tracing to pin down where they actually are.
How we serve
Registered, documented, and built to hold up
Our servers are registered and bonded, so the person who hands over your documents is authorized to do it and the return will stand. That’s the foundation everything else rests on — a serve is only as good as its ability to survive a challenge.
Every attempt is GPS- and photo-documented: date, time, location, and the circumstances of each visit, whether the subject answered or not. When service is completed, you receive a notarized affidavit of service prepared to Maricopa County Superior Court standards and ready to file. Nothing about the return should give opposing counsel a foothold.
When a subject is dodging service, we don’t just keep knocking. Our skip tracing runs down current addresses, workplaces, and patterns of movement so attempts land where the person actually is, not where they used to be. Attempts are timed to when a subject is realistically home or at work, and each visit is logged whether or not contact is made — so a pattern of evasion is documented in case you need to show diligence to the court.
And because your matter stays with one team from request to filed return, a serve that crosses jurisdictions doesn’t get handed off to a stranger you’ve never spoken to. You get one point of contact, straight answers on timing, and status you can actually track.
Process serving FAQ
What clients ask before they file
How fast can you serve?
We offer same-day and rush service, with standard turnarounds for routine matters. Tell us your deadline and where the subject is likely to be, and we’ll tell you straight what’s realistic — then document every attempt so you can see the progress.
What if they’re avoiding service?
Evasive subjects are routine for us. We make persistent, GPS- and photo-documented attempts at different times and locations, and bring skip tracing to bear when an address goes cold — running down workplaces, updated residences, and movement patterns so an attempt actually reaches the person.
Do you provide an affidavit for court?
Yes. Every completed serve comes back with a notarized affidavit of service prepared to Maricopa County Superior Court standards and ready to file. The documentation behind it — times, locations, and circumstances — is there to back the return if it’s ever questioned.
Can you handle a serve outside your home area?
We’re Arizona-registered, and when a matter reaches beyond the state we coordinate through a vetted partner network so the serve is still handled correctly and the return holds up. You keep one point of contact either way.
Have documents that need serving?
Send us the party, the papers, and your deadline. We’ll confirm what it takes, start documenting attempts, and get you a court-ready affidavit — no runaround.
