Security officer jobs at a veteran-owned firm
We are building our roster of officers across the Phoenix metro, Pinal County and the Tucson area: unarmed, armed, veterans, and former and active law enforcement. Full-time, part-time or on-call; every officer is a W-2 employee, never a 1099 contractor.

Every role is full-time, part-time or on-call. Work comes in as client contracts come in, so hours vary and are not guaranteed. Veterans get first pick of posts and shifts.
Unarmed Security Officer – Full-time, Part-time or On-call
Guard-card holders for construction, fire watch, events, retail and residential posts. Full-time, part-time or on-call.
Armed Security Officer – Full-time, Part-time or On-call
Armed posts across Arizona. Current Arizona DPS armed guard card required. Full-time, part-time or on-call.
Senior Security Officer – Veterans Preferred
Our top tier. Veterans preferred. First pick of posts and shifts, lead-officer duties on multi-officer sites.
Security Officer – Former & Retired Law Enforcement
For former and retired police, deputies, detention officers and federal agents. Armed, lead and specialty posts.
Off-Duty Law Enforcement Officer – Security Details
Active Arizona peace officers: off-duty security details with your agency's approval. No guard card needed.

Not an officer? Independent sales reps earn a flat bonus for every new security client they bring us.
Security Sales Representative
Bring us new Arizona security clients on your own schedule. Flat bonus per signed contract, paid after the client’s first 30 days.
Clean background and honesty
- No felony convictions, and nothing that would disqualify you from an Arizona DPS guard card (A.R.S. 32-2622).
- Every applicant passes our background check and a drug screen before the first shift.
- Be honest on your application. A false or incomplete answer ends your application.
