Security Sales Representative – Commission Only (1099)
Honeybadger Solutions is a service-disabled veteran-owned security, investigations and digital forensics firm in Arizona. Bring us a new security client and earn a flat bonus once they pay their first 30 days.
Apply online →We are looking for independent sales representatives who know Arizona businesses and want to earn a bonus for every security contract they bring us. This is a commission-only, independent-contractor role: no base pay, no set hours, no quota. You work your own network on your own schedule, and we do the rest.
How it works
- You meet businesses that need security: property managers, HOAs, general contractors, warehouses, retail, churches, event organizers, car dealerships, healthcare and more.
- You register the lead with us and introduce us to the decision-maker.
- Our team does the site assessment, sets the price, writes the proposal and signs the contract. You never quote prices or sign anything.
- When the client has paid its first 30 days, you get paid.
Bonus per new signed contract
| $500 | Part-time contractunder 40 guard hours a week, ongoing |
| $1,000 | Full-time contract40 or more guard hours a week, ongoing |
| $2,500 | 24/7 or multi-post contractround-the-clock or more than one post |
| $100 | Short-term jobfire watch or event coverage lasting 2 to 29 days |
| $50 | One-day joba single fire watch or event shift |
Bonuses are paid per new signed contract after the client pays its first 30 days, apply to new clients only, and are reversed if the client cancels within 90 days. There is no base pay and no guaranteed income. What you earn depends entirely on the contracts you bring in.
What you need
- A real network of Arizona business owners, property managers, contractors or facility managers
- Comfort starting conversations in person and on the phone
- Professional, honest and reliable; you represent a veteran-owned security firm
- Able to pass a background check
- Your own phone and transportation
Nice to have
- Security, construction, property management, real estate, insurance or B2B sales experience
- Veterans are encouraged to apply
