The uniform presence problem
Some posts call for an officer who looks like part of the building, not part of a raid. Hotels, medical offices, corporate lobbies and residential communities usually want that. A uniform shirt carrier gives the officer full soft-armor protection under Class A dress styling, with storage pockets replacing some of what would otherwise hang off a duty belt.

Carrier only — panels sold separately
This listing is the outer carrier. It accepts standard ballistic panels, so an officer can run one panel set between a concealable carrier for plain-clothes work and this one for uniformed posts.
What to decide before ordering
Uniform standards are usually set by the client contract: shirt color, patch placement, whether name tags are required, and whether a body camera must be visible. Settle those first, because epaulets and the name tag are removable and the carrier should arrive matching the standard rather than being modified afterward.
Fit and care
Order to measured chest and waist over the base layer the officer will wear. Remove panels before washing, wash the carrier by itself, and air dry — heat damages the hook-and-loop and the pressed appearance that is the whole point of this carrier.
