Four J1000 generators in a rugged carry case. The kit exists because one generator protects one area, and most rooms worth protecting have more than one direction a microphone can be in — a door, a window, a shared wall, the table itself.
Protect your conversations 4 x better with the White Noise Generator Kit! Comes with 4 Noise Generator that you can quickly deploy wherever you are. The easy, rugged carry case makes it easy to travel with.
All types of bugging devices transmit or record every sound generated within its detection range. The J1000 (AJ-34) generates a sound that will mask the human voice. As long as the volume of the conversation is lower than the volume of the J1000 no bugging device can separate the conversation from the masking noise.
Note: These devices emit an audible white noise.
- Each unit Protects up to 150 ft of space
- Effective against any microphone based eavesdropping device
- Use in conference rooms, hotels, anywhere there is a threat of eavesdropping.
Why four beats one, turned up
Masking works on the relationship between the noise reaching a microphone and the voice reaching it. Turning a single generator up does not fix a recorder on the far side of the room; it just makes the meeting louder for the people nearest the unit. Distributing four units puts masking noise close to every plausible microphone position at once, which is what actually defeats a device you have not found.
Each unit protects up to 150 feet of space, so in most rooms the constraint is coverage geometry rather than raw output. Place them toward the perimeter — near the door, the window, the shared wall, the equipment cabinet — rather than clustered in the middle.
Set the level properly
This is the calibration people consistently get wrong by running the units too quietly to be annoying. As long as the conversation is quieter than the masking noise, no microphone-based device can separate one from the other. The practical test: you should have to lean in slightly to hear each other clearly. If the meeting is comfortable, the masking is probably too low to work.
These are audible — know that going in
The J1000 (AJ-34) emits broadband noise you can hear. That is how it defeats every microphone in range regardless of type, and it is also why a two-hour session under it is tiring. For a room you control and use repeatedly, a transducer system that vibrates the windows, walls and doors instead of filling the air is easier to live with. For a hotel room, a rented conference room or anywhere you do not control, a portable audible kit is the right tool — which is what the carry case is for.
What it covers and what it does not
Effective against any microphone-based eavesdropping device, including recorders that transmit nothing and are therefore invisible to an RF sweep. It does nothing about cameras, and it does not tell you whether the room is compromised. If you have a specific reason for concern: sweep first, remediate, then mask — TSCM services.
