This is a working Android phone that also records. Not a phone-shaped camera — an actual handset that makes calls, runs apps and browses, with a recording capability built underneath the operating system so it keeps running while you use the phone normally. Refurbished, 1080p at 30fps, with a button camera included.
The Smart Phone DVR with Button Camera is a fully functionial mobile phone but with a hidden recording feature. Use this for undercover operation and the target will never know they are being recorded.

Why a real phone beats a phone-shaped camera
A covert camera disguised as a phone fails the moment anyone asks you to look something up. A phone that is genuinely a phone does not. You can take a call, check a map, hand it to someone, leave it face-up on a table — all the things that make a phone unremarkable — while it records.
The exclusive app is what makes that work: recording continues while the screen is locked, while you are dialling, and while another app is in the foreground. A stock screen recorder cannot do any of that, which is the whole reason this exists as a product rather than as a setting.
Operating it without looking like you are operating it
Start and stop on the volume keys — the one gesture people make with a phone that draws no attention at all. Auto mode handles the case where you cannot touch it; manual gives you control when you can. A remote control headset (not included) moves the trigger off the device entirely, which is the right setup when the phone is on a table and your hands are visible.
Files save to the phone’s normal storage with a time and date stamp, and browse like any other Android media. Set the clock against a known-correct source before you deploy it — a timestamp that is off by an hour is worse than none at all if the footage is ever examined.
Three practical notes before you buy
It is refurbished. That is how the price works. It arrives functional on Wi-Fi out of the box; expect cosmetic wear, and check it thoroughly on arrival rather than the night before you need it.
No SIM is included. It works on Wi-Fi immediately, but for it to behave like a phone in the field — which is the entire premise — you need to supply a SIM and a plan.
Battery is the constraint. Recording 1080p while the phone does anything else drains it fast. Arrive full, and plan around a window measured in hours, not a day.
The legal frame, which matters more here than usual
A device whose entire design is that the other person believes it is an ordinary phone deserves a plain statement of the rules. Arizona is a one-party consent state for audio under A.R.S. § 13-3005 — you may record a conversation you are a party to. California, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Washington and others require every party to consent, and a conversation crossing state lines can bring the stricter rule into play. Video adds its own limit: recording where a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy — restrooms, changing areas, medical settings, private residences — can be criminal regardless of any audio rule, and workplace recording may be further restricted by employment law.
If the recording is meant to support a legal claim, an employment matter or an insurance dispute, the way it was obtained will be examined as closely as its contents. Ask your attorney before you record. If the answer is that you should not be doing it yourself, a licensed agency can often obtain what you need lawfully — see private investigations.
More surveillance equipment; footage needing authentication is digital forensics work.
