The Concealable HYPERLINEâ„¢ Level IIIA pairs the same thin Hyperline IIIA panels with a concealable carrier that has pockets for hard plates. That combination is what most security officers and investigators actually need: handgun protection all day, with the option to add rifle plates for a specific assignment rather than wearing them constantly.

Soft armor, hard plates, or both
Level IIIA soft armor stops common handgun rounds and does nothing against rifle rounds. Hard plates stop rifle rounds and add weight and bulk. This carrier lets you run soft armor as the daily standard and slot plates in when the post or protective detail justifies them. For officers who need rifle protection without plate rigidity, flexible rifle armor panels are the alternative worth comparing.
Fit and care
Order to measured chest and waist, not shirt size, and set the front panel about two finger widths below the collarbone. Wipe panels with a damp cloth only, never in a washing machine, and store flat rather than folded. The carrier washes separately. Safe Life Defense warrants its ballistic panels and plates for five years.
Buying for a team

Incident Guarantee: Safe Life Defense stands behind its products and your personal protection. In the unfortunate event that you are shot while wearing your vest, Safe Life Defense will replace it at no cost as long as a police report is provided during your 5 year warranty.
