A spare carrier, not a spare vest
This is the carrier only. Ballistic panels are not included. It exists so that one set of panels can serve more than one situation: a concealable carrier under a shirt for plain-clothes work, and an external carrier for uniformed posts, with the panels moving between them in seconds.
The other reason to own a second carrier is laundry. Carriers absorb sweat and need washing; panels must never go in a machine. With a spare carrier, armor does not sit unused on wash day.

Check compatibility before you order
Carriers and panels are matched by cut and size, not merely by protection level. Confirm your panel size and generation before ordering a second carrier, and if you are unsure, send us the label from your existing panel and we will confirm it.
What it holds
Ten adjustment points with four comfort straps, a cooling mesh liner, and two low-profile pockets sized for hard plates, in a water-resistant 600d ripstop polyester shell. The plate pockets mean this carrier can run soft armor daily and take plates when an assignment calls for them.
Care
Remove the panels first, every time. Wash the carrier on its own per the label and let it air dry; heat damages the hook-and-loop and the strap elastic. Inspect the straps and stitching when you wash it, since a carrier that no longer holds tension lets the panel shift out of position.
Not sure which carrier and panel combination fits your team’s posts? Ask us — we spec the same gear for our own officers.
