A house of worship is not a corporate lobby, and we don’t treat it like one. Our officers are licensed under Arizona’s private security guard law (ARS Title 32) and briefed to carry themselves in a way that honors the space — present and observant, but never a barrier between people and their faith. The goal is a congregation that feels welcomed, with protection working quietly in the background.
We’re a protective and preventive partner, not law enforcement. We don’t make arrests or act with police authority. What we do is deter, observe, de-escalate, coordinate with your team, and — when something crosses a line — respond and involve law enforcement quickly and appropriately. Being honest about that boundary is part of doing this responsibly.
Much of the real work happens before a single officer stands a post. We help you build and train a volunteer safety team, clarify who watches what, and set simple communication so your greeters and ushers become confident eyes and ears. This mirrors how we run workplace-violence prevention — spotting warning signs early and having a plan — adapted for a community that gathers in trust.

What faith communities ask us first
Will security make our congregation feel unwelcome?
That’s the concern we hear most, and it’s the one we design against. In most congregations we recommend a discreet, low-profile presence — often plainclothes — positioned to stay aware without standing between people and the doors. The aim is that most worshippers never notice a thing, while your leadership knows someone attentive is there. We tune the visibility to your community’s comfort, not the other way around.
Can you work with our existing volunteer safety team?
Yes — and we prefer to. Many congregations already have dedicated volunteers, and they’re often your best asset. We help train and coordinate them: clear roles, simple communication, what to watch for, and when to escalate. Whether you want us to lead, support your volunteers, or simply train them, we build around what you already have.
Are your officers armed, and are they police?
Our officers are licensed private security under Arizona law (ARS Title 32) — not law enforcement, and we’re clear about that boundary: we don’t have police authority or make arrests. We deter, observe, de-escalate, and involve law enforcement when a situation requires it. Armed coverage is available where a documented threat warrants it, but for most congregations a trained, unarmed, discreet presence is the right fit. We’ll give you an honest recommendation.
What about our largest services and holiday events?
High-attendance services and holidays are exactly when a little planning pays off. We scale coverage to the crowd — added presence, access and parking-area awareness, and a clear plan for the day — and coordinate with your volunteers so everyone knows their part.
