Booking Confirmed

Your consultation is booked. A calendar invitation is on its way to the email address you gave us, with the call details and a link to reschedule if you need to.

What happens next

  1. You will get a confirmation email within a minute or two. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder before assuming something went wrong — and add our address to your contacts so the reminder reaches you.
  2. A reminder goes out before the call. If something changes, use the reschedule link in the invitation rather than letting the slot lapse. It takes ten seconds and it frees the time for someone else.
  3. We call you at the time you chose. On the number or platform you selected when booking.

How to get the most out of the call

These are short calls by design. The people who get the most from them turn up with specifics rather than a general enquiry.

  • What has actually happened — dates, names, sequence of events. Rough is fine; vague is not.
  • What you already have — documents, messages, statements, footage, device access, correspondence.
  • What outcome you need — evidence your attorney can use, a decision, recovery, coverage on the ground, or simply an honest answer about whether this is worth pursuing.
  • Any deadline you are working to — a court date, a contract, an insurance window, an event.
  • Where the work needs to happen — which city and state, or whether it is remote.
If your situation is time-critical

Two things matter more than waiting for the call. If money has moved through a fraudulent wire, report it at ic3.gov immediately — recovery depends on hours, not days. And if a phone, computer or account is central to what happened, stop using it and do not let anyone “take a look” first. Powering a device on or logging into a compromised account routinely destroys the evidence a forensic examination would depend on.

What we will not do on the call

We will not read you a capability list or talk you into something. If the honest answer is that your matter is better handled by your attorney, by a regulator, or by a different kind of specialist, we will say so and tell you who to speak to. That happens often enough that it is worth setting the expectation now.

While you wait

Some of what we publish may be directly relevant: the Arizona Cybercrime Index, our original research on how cybercrime losses in Arizona compare with the rest of the country, and the service pages for cyber investigations, digital forensics and commercial and corporate security.

Confidentiality

What you tell us stays with the team working your matter. We do not publish client names, use client situations as marketing, or confirm to anyone whether a person or company is a client.
