For a planned start we want a week to walk the site, write orders and assign the right officers. For genuine emergencies — a fire watch, an incident, a termination that cannot wait — same-day and next-day coverage is often possible, and we will say honestly whether we can do it well rather than merely do it.
Both. Most posts are well served by unarmed officers, and armed coverage is there for cash handling, transit work and specific situations. We will recommend the coverage that actually fits your site.
Local posts are staffed by our own employees under our supervision. Beyond our direct footprint we deliver through our partner network operating under Honeybadger’s command and accountability — one contract, one firm answerable to you.

Do you provide both armed and unarmed security officers in Arizona?
Yes. Honeybadger Solutions fields both armed and unarmed licensed security officers across Arizona, and we match the posture to your risk profile, insurance requirements, and setting. Retail, hospitality, and residential clients often prefer a visible unarmed presence, while cash-handling operations, high-value inventory, and certain executive details warrant armed coverage. All officers work under Arizona security-agency licensing and written post orders specific to your property.
What kinds of properties and events do you protect?
We secure corporate campuses, construction and industrial sites, warehouses and logistics facilities, retail and mixed-use properties, gated communities and HOAs, special events, and private residences. Coverage can be a single standing post, mobile patrols across multiple sites, or a layered team with supervisors for large events. For expansive or remote sites we pair officers with FAA Part 107 drone assessments and camera and access-control support.
Are your security officers licensed and insured?
Yes. Honeybadger Solutions holds Arizona security-agency licensing and carries insurance, and our officers are vetted and trained. We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) established in 2022 and headquartered in Arizona. We document our posts and incidents so reporting holds up for insurers, corporate risk teams, and, when necessary, the courts.
How do you coordinate with local law enforcement?
Private security supplements, and never replaces, public safety. We provide on-site deterrence, access control, observation, and rapid, accurate documentation, and we coordinate appropriately with local police when a matter belongs with law enforcement. Our role is to close the coverage gaps that public agencies are not staffed to fill on your specific property.
Do you offer security assessments before staffing a post?
We do. We prefer to start with a site assessment that maps access points, lighting and perimeter gaps, staffing needs, and the real risk to the property, so the plan fits the site rather than a generic template. For large parcels we can add an aerial drone survey to identify blind spots a ground walk misses.
