Defective Devices Only
At Honey Badger Solution, we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that defects can occasionally occur. Please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
– We only accept returns for devices that are defective.
– No returns or exchanges are accepted for non-defective products.
– We do not offer refunds.
– Exchanges are only provided for defective devices.
Return Process
1. Contact Us Within 15 Days:
If you believe your device is defective, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate a return request.
2. Return Authorization:
Our support team will provide you with instructions and the return address. Devices must be shipped back to us for inspection.
3. Inspection:
Once we receive your device, our team will inspect it to verify the defect.
4. Exchange:
If the device is confirmed to be defective, we will send you a replacement device.
– No refunds will be issued.
– No exchanges for non-defective devices.
Important Notes
– Devices returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
– Shipping costs for returning the device may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
– Devices found not to be defective after inspection will be returned to the customer, and no exchange will be processed.
